TOWN BOARD MEETINGS

The Middlesex Governing Body's regular scheduled meeting is held the second Monday in each month in the conference room of the Town Hall located at 10232 S. Nash Street. This is an open meeting and the public is invited to attend.  A public comment session is held at the beginning of each meeting. Anyone wishing to be placed on the agenda should request so in writing to  Mayor Lewis, PO Box 69, Middlesex, NC 27557, or fax request to 252-235-5762, stating your name, affiliation, subject matter, approximate time requested, and a phone number you may be reached. Requests must be received prior to the Thursday before the meeting in order to be considered.

Anyone wishing to review the agenda packet can review a copy in the Clerk's office at the Town Hall at 10232 S. Nash Street during normal business hours on the Monday of the meeting.  You may request a copy of the pack at the copy rate as established by the Board at any time.

Planning Board

The Planning Board for the Town of Middlesex holds its regular meeting the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm (when there is business to conduct) in the conference room at the Town Hall located at 10232 S. Nash Street. The public is invited to attend.
