TOWN BOARD MEETINGS:
The Middlesex Governing Body's regular scheduled meeting is held the second Monday in each month in the conference room of the Town Hall located at 10232 S. Nash Street.
This is an open meeting and the public is invited to attend. A public comment session is held at the beginning of each meeting.
Anyone wishing to be placed on the agenda should request so in writing to the Town Administrator, Peggy Bissette, PO Box 69, Middlesex, NC 27557, or fax request to 252-235-5762, stating your name, affiliation, subject matter, approximate time requested, and a phone number you may be reached.
Requests must be received prior to the Thursday before the meeting in order to be considered.
Anyone wishing to review the agenda packet can review a copy in the Clerk's office at the Town Hall at 10232 S. Nash Street during normal business hours on the Monday of the meeting. You may request a copy of the pack at the copy rate as established by the Board at any time.
PLANNING BOARD:
The Planning Board for the Town of Middlesex holds its regular meeting the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm (when there is business to conduct)
in the conference room at the Town Hall located at 10232 S. Nash Street. The public is invited to attend.
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
The regular meeting of the Middlesex Board of Adjustment is scheduled for the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm (when there is business to conduct) in the conference room of the Town Hall located at 10232 S. Nash Street. The public is invited to attend.
CENTENNIAL COMMITTEE:
The Centennial Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at Heritage Bank located at 11438 E. Finch Avenue.
This committee is engaged in planning activities in celebration and recognition of the town's 100th anniversary. Your attendance and suggestions are welcomed.
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE:
The Beautification Committee meetings on the second Monday of each month at 8:00 am in the Conference Room of the Town Hall. The Committee explores and recommends to the Board projects aimed at improving the appearance of the town. The public is invited to attend.
